As a curator and gallery director with a three-decade career in contemporary art and design, Andrée Cooke has played a steering role in the careers of some of the most celebrated creatives working today, ranging from Lawrence Weiner and Mat Collishaw to Hussein Chalayan and Susan Cianciolo. After spearheading galleries including David Gill and Spring Projects in London and the renowned British Council Window Gallery in Prague, Cooke went solo in 2013, working as an independent arts consultant for two years before establishing her company, Andree Cooke Ltd. Today, she works as an art and interior consultant, drawing upon her curation experience, strategic expertise, and extensive network of artists and designers to source and commission artwork and furniture for both public and private companies and individuals worldwide.
WHAT WE DID FOR Andrée Cooke
We were introduced to Andrée following our work on a project with designer Michael Marriott, and were, to be frank, bowled over by the scope of her work and the breadth of her experience in the art and design world. We’re very happy to have the opportunity to share news of insights into her international projects, which range from large-scale luxury interior development to private residences and social ventures.
