Curated by designer and interior architect Katrin Greiling, Everything is Connected brought 30 of the biggest contemporary talents in Norwegian design and craft to Milan Design Week 2017 to tell the story of the country’s creative scene. Like Norway’s 2016 Milan show, Structure, Everything is Connected was the result of a collaborative effort of Norwegian designers’ union Klubben; the Norwegian Centre for Design and Architecture (DOGA); campaigning national craft resource Norwegian Crafts; and Jotun, one of the world’s most respected paint manufacturers. Presenting products and prototypes spanning homewares, furniture, lighting, textiles, ceramics and sculpture, the participants include international names and rising stars, veterans of Structure and fresh discoveries – looking beyond the output of the designer to the broader cultural and geographical frameworks that make their work possible.
Zetteler has been working with DOGA and the Norwegian design world at large since 2013, spearheading publicity campaigns for 100% Norway (London), Structure (Milan), Inside Wood (Milan), and A Few Good Things (New York). We were instrumental in making the Norwegian contribution to Milan Design Week a highlight of the fair another year running, and look forward to doing so again in future.
