It might seem like there’s a whole Summer between now and September’s London Design Fair, but for team Zetteler the excitement has already taken hold. We’re thrilled to announce that 100% Norway will be returning to London Design Fair for its 13th edition.
Continuing its mission to champion Norwegian design and showcase the Nordic nation’s seminal contributions to 20th and 21st-century design innovation, this year’s 100% Norway sees editor and former deputy director of the London Design Festival Max Frasertake the curatorial reins of the exhibition. Having written a plethora of books about the design industry, including Designers on Design in collaboration with Sir Terence Conran, Max will be using his creative insight to, “Inject a new energy and outlook that breaks from any preconceptions of what Norwegian design is.”
Rejoining the 100% Norway fold for 2016, London-based set design duo Hunting & Narudwill be embracing their Norwegian roots as they produce the set for this year’s show. Having worked with and exhibited their copper mirror series at the exhibition in previous years, creative couple Amy Hunting and Oscar Narud discuss their passion for design and relationship with 100% Norway in a film created by Zetteler & Dunn back in 2013 (which you can watch below).
Completing the creative production dream-team, Central Saint Martins alumni Gilles & Cecilie will bring their wealth of graphic design knowledge to the exhibition. Established in 2006 and working internationally from their London base, the multi-disciplinary team provide illustration, interior installation and wallpainting for clients such as Nissan, diet pepsi, The Royal Mint, Moleskin and Oslo Design Fair.
Adding to its impressive collection of international exhibitors, 100% Norway will be welcoming visitors at London Design Fair from Thursday 22 to Sunday 25 September 2016.
