Since 2004, the London Festival of Architecture has brought a plethora of events to the capital each June, delving into every aspect of architecture, urban planning, the built environment and the relationship between society and public space. And it’s not just for the architecture in-crowd: if you’re interested in the future of human civilisation, you’re interested in the London Festival of Architecture. Run by world-leading built-environment centre New London Architecture (NLA), the LFA presents a programme of talks, workshops, tours, guided walks and other events intended to open up discussion around architecture and explore bold new ideas for the future of the ways we live and build. For the 2023 edition, the LFA has selected ‘In common’ as the umbrella theme tying its varied 400+ events together, touching on concepts including ownership, shared spaces and responsibilities, community, and connection.
One of the festival’s core values is inclusivity, which is reflected in both many of the topics explored across the programme, and the accessibility features of the events themselves. Zetteler is proud to help LFA promote its sessions exploring the routes to accessible architecture and more inclusive cities, and celebrating the thinking that will help get us there.
