Bonjour! Salut! Allô! Team Zetteler have been perfecting their French since it was announced that Sculpting Scent, the brilliantly received collaboration between fragrance aficionados Laboratory Perfumes and artist Zuza Mengham, would be heading to France for a five day showcase at The Conran Shop Paris.
Visitors to the city of love can add Zuza Mengham’s elegant resin sculptures to their list of must-see artistic wonders (right behind the Mona Lisa, Eiffel Tower and Centre Pompidou), but they better be quick as the last day to see the show is Monday 17 October.
Making its debut at The Conran Shop in Marylebone as part of this year’s LDF, Sculpting Scent is an exhibition of unique resin sculptures that explore the fragrant elements of Laboratory Perfumes’ genderless scents. Hand-formed by Zuza Mengham, the sculptures celebrate each scent individually with a play on colour, light and unconventional form, including the latest addition to the collection Atlas.
Sculpting Scent at The Conran Shop Paris launches tonight and is open until 17 October.
