Running a business is hard work. Running a creative and emotionally/morally/environmentally/socially balanced (and financially viable) business is even harder.
On 10 August, White City Place podcast Thought Starters invited Riposte editor Danielle Pender and Zetteler director Sabine, to discuss just that. The 30-minute podcast sees Sabine and Danielle share their experiences of running a creative business, office culture and modern day individualism.
There’s talk of plants, the importance of thoughtfulness, and the “funny and emotional mix” of being in charge while avoiding office hierarchy.
Once Sabine got over the sound of her own voice, she found the whole experience pretty enjoyable.
