A new materials consultancy and research initiative shining a light on the people and processes behind creative works.

WHERE IS IT?
Launching at One Good Deed Today on Kingsland Road, E2, with a five-day exhibition and event series.

WHY'S IT WORTH SEEING? 
Founded by artist and designer Seetal Solanki, Matter seeks to explore and celebrate the materials behind human experience, improve the common understanding of the creative process, and share the resultant insights with the world at large. To mark its official launch, Matter presents Living In A Material World, a weeklong series of talks, events and workshops that consider the role of materiality across touch, sound, smell, taste and sight.
